Coming in on the A6 from the south:

Coming into Rushden on the Bedford Road continue onto the High Street

Bear left onto Skinners Hill and continue onto Wellingborough Road (signed Kettering)

Come to a roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Wellingborough Road (signed Irchester)

After around half a mile you'll come to some traffic lights, go straight forward (signed Wellingborough A45)

Follow road up to a small roundabout, go straight over - the next junction off to your right is Norris Way

Coming in on the A45 from the West:

Turn off the A45 on junction 16 up to roundabout, take 2nd exit onto Ditchford Road (signed Rushden)

At next roundabout take 1st exit onto Northampton Road (signed Rushden) into Rushden

At the next roundabout take the 2nd exit (signed Rushden) onto Wellingborough Road

Norris Way is the first main junction on your left

When entering Norris Way:

Once in Norris Way take the 1st junction off to your right - follow the road and take 2nd junction off to your right - when entering the estate Direct Engineering is ahead and to the right
